Edward's Menagerie - Bridget the Elephant

And so, the slight obsession with Edward's Menagerie continues.  After making Sophia and Blake earlier this month, I made a start on Bridget the elephant.

Bridget is a Level 1 animal, thankfully, as I wanted a break from the harder animals after faffing about with Blake's fur. I quite like the tail, although using four strands of DK yarn on a 3mm hook was a bit fiddly.  Bridget is a birthday present for a friend and is already wrapped up ready to be posted.  Hopefully she will enjoy her new home, and possibly undergo a name change and gender reassignment.
